Refund and cancellation policy

1. Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot for a full refund, less payment gateway charges.
2. Cancellations within 24 hours of the slot, and missed sessions, are not refunded.
3. You can reschedule once, free, up to 24 hours before your slot.
4. If Vyasji has to cancel, you choose a full refund or a new slot.
5. If your payment was deducted but no booking was confirmed, write to us and we will confirm the booking or refund the full amount.
6. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
